What we check before listing
A provider is only published after these details are confirmed.
- The business exists and its contact details are current
- It offers bed bug inspection or treatment services
- The service areas it claims match where it actually works
- Any licence details it provides are recorded for our reference
What verification does not mean
Verification is not a guarantee of results, pricing, availability or workmanship. We are not able to supervise the work performed at your property.
Always confirm licensing, insurance, written scope and warranty terms directly with the company before you hire them.
Removal
If a listed business no longer meets these standards, or if we receive credible complaints about conduct, we can remove the listing.
