What an enquiry contains
Requests come from people who have already read about identification, treatment methods and costs. Each one includes location, property type, relationship to the property, observed signs, how long the problem has been going on, previous treatment history, the service requested and how soon help is needed.
How we work with companies
- Only real, licensed companies are listed. We never create placeholder profiles.
- Licence details are checked by a person before any verification is shown.
- We do not publish reviews, ratings or performance figures we cannot substantiate.
- Enquiries are only ever shared with the company they are assigned to.
- Where a company pays for placement, that is labelled openly on the page. Paid placement is never presented as an objective ranking of quality.
Commercial arrangements
Arrangements are agreed individually and handled off-platform. Applying costs nothing, no payment details are collected here, and no charge can be created without a separate written agreement. Already listed or want a specific service? See plans and request one.
